As such, it is not possible to suggest that the rates noted below, times number of hours performed to accomplish your project, will bear any resemblance to the final cost for the work you wish to have done in the development of your web site.

They are simply meant as guidelines and do serve as our published rates for contract work and other kinds of services we provide.

In the case of a web site proposal you may wish to have us quote, our standard procedure is for you to furnish a general overview of the work you wish to have done including:

• A definition of the targeted market
• The intended message and how it is to be conveyed
• How the site will appear (graphically) and how it will navigate
• What kinds of inter-active devices such as forms, card programs, blogs, etc. the site will have
• Defining any of the information that may be database-driven
• What kinds of content (materials) you will provide
• What kinds of content (materials) we will be asked to develop
• Will FlashPortNet be hosting this site or will it be a Turnkey Operation for deployment elsewhere
• Define the budget guidelines for this project
• Your Timetable for launching of web site

Once we are in receipt of this information, we will prepare an initial proposal, including costs, to act as a common guideline so that all future conversations, suggestions, revisions, etc. will make use of a common document-of-reference. Once the language of the proposal reflects the exact nature of the project you have envisioned, and is understood by both parties, we are prepared to move forward to complete the project.

Web Site Indexing: $60 per Hour; Most web site proposals will treat this item separately
Domain Name Registration: $15 Annual if registered through Network Solutions or Domain Direct

Payment Term, Standard Projectss: 10% 10 Days: Net Thereafter: Past Due after 30 Days and subject to 10% Late Charges
